Easy, peasy... manually add in recipes and take out all reference to name brands before hitting match. If you can get your basic recipes, you can edit then next time you make them. Hope this helps you.

    Love it! I also like the feature where you can type the URL of a website with a recipe you want to add, and it will add the items for you. You just need to go in and adjust if needed. Pretty cool.

    I find recipes posted on facebook and I can go to them on my phone, open them in chrome and it gives me the option of posting them in MFP. This is a great option as well.

    Thanks Elaine, I've gotten 3 recipes in so far and found that I did have to tweak it some what.

    Marcie that will be the next thing I check out do to find some recipes on other sites.
