Hello, hello! This weekend I was on a ROLL! Friday crazy trainer workout, Sat pilates, yesterday I swam laps after my toddler's swim lesson with my waterfi and loved it! Plus ate within my calories! We ended up going shopping, well really returning, at the mall and I must have gotten in a gazillion steps but forgot to wear my fitness tracker. Oh, well. I also forgot to wear decent shoes so my knee felt a bit twinge-y. Today I'm going to rest.

Hey all! You are making me jealous with all your runs you're getting in! Just another week for me, and then I can start excercising again! Obviously I'll have to start slow...probably only 15 minutes at a time to make sure my energy hold but I'm chomping at the bit to get out there!

Son was feeling better by the end of the day and the party was a success! We think he was just sick, and the ibuprofen agitated his sensitive stomach. So probably not the stomach flu...and thankfully no one else has gotten sick!

Due to the illness and party I was wiped out Saturday. I'm waaaaaaaay behind in my chores! So I have tons of laundry and grocery shopping to get done today. No school so I have three kids underfoot.

Eating wasn't good...but it could have been worse. Friday was the worst with exhaustion and stress. Did not make good choices. But I had only one cupcake on Saturday at the party and two small pieces of pizza. So I was proud of that! Down side...I did drink a bunch of pop. I usually try not to drink my calories but it is what it is. Gave the rest of the cupcakes away yesterday and I'm all set to start over today! :). Have a wonderful Monday ladies!

No workout today, hardly any steps, and I've gone off the rails eating. Coping. So please just ignore my red hot mess and carry on. Will be back when I get my head screwed on straight.

Sherry we all have (and I personally think we all need) days like that sometimes. Go ahead and be a red hot mess & we'll be here tomorrow. :)

Trainer session tonight + finishing up week 3 of C25K.
