Week of January 19th Goals

1) Crossfit twice (I’ll be traveling to Houston, so it will have to be with drop ins).
2) Walk at least 20 miles.
3) One good heavy lifting day.
4) Begin a core strength training program.
5) Drink 3+ liters of water per day.
