Week 3 Challenge Points Info

For Week 3, you're earning points as follows:

1 point each day for logging in your meals and exercise (7 max)
1 point each day for doing the Bikini Body Mommy workout (6 max)
1 point for getting enough sleep (at least 7 hours/day) (7 max)... I know this one is hard, but it's important for weight loss!

Total possible points this week is 20.

So... what do you do? You log into MFP and log your meals/exercise every day. You also go to https://www.youtube.com/user/BikiniBodyMommy and follow for the workouts.

  • For sleep. Do you mean 7 uninterrupted sleep or just 7 hours total. Cause I get 7-9 hrs however that's with being woken up for 30-60 mins here and there of kids have rough night plus husband wakes me to say bye in the morning. But without that hour+ I still very minimum get 7 hours most nights 8-9 tallied.

    Missed Saturday workout (weekends are hard, but I did go for a run both days!)
    And up with a sick kid one night.

  • I did 5 out of 6 workouts (was not feeling well one night and had to skip), 7 days of logging, and 7 days of 7 hours of sleep! Woot! 19 points!
