    This is cool, but umm.....the numbers don't add up....

    How do the first three all have the same amount of fat per lb, but different calories? Shouldn't they all be 4082 in that case?

    451*9 = 4059 (not 4069)
    447.2*9 = 4024.8 (not 4033)
    431.3*9 = 3881.7 (not 3613)
    367.9*9 = 3311.1 (not 3252)

    A couple are close enough that it probably doesn't matter (10 calorie difference in a pound? Meh), but some are pretty far and can add up if you use a lot in a day, and it just seems like a good idea to be as accurate as possible.

    There are probably minor differences in the amount of calories per that specific oil. You are assuming that all oils are exactly 9 cal's per gram. I would think some oils have impurities in them ~ that render (no pun intended) them lower calorific values, hence the difference.
