Run: warm up walk - run 3min, walk 1.5min, run 5 min, walk 2.5min (repeat whole thing twice) - cool down walk
Time: 8:28pm
Weather: 52 F and raining
Location: trail
Playlist: Battle Born album by the Killers
I left the house and it was cloudy, but by the time I reached the trail, it was pouring rain. I got SOAKED, but it was fun! My calves were killing me from last run, so I am glad that I don't have to run again till monday. I couldn't even finished the last run, I stopped probably halfway through, and although I kept a brisk pace, it was still walking, and I was beat. Hopefully monday's run will be more successful. Wish me luck!

I had one run that was like that! I got to the track and a huge storm hit! I found that lightening was a great motivator to run faster!! I am running Week 9, day 2 tomorrow!0
