Sagging wrinkled skin

I have recently hit my 40 lbs lost and I am noticing my skin starting to look wrinkled and saggy where I have lost a lot of the weight. My butt mostly and inner thighs as well as arms. I weighed 208 and now at 168. What have others found to help with this problem? I am still going to do some cardio, but was wondering if pilates might help to tighten up some. I just know I am enjoying the weight I have lost and the smaller sizes in clothes now, but this is bugging the crap out of me.
