Zucchini Pasta

1 serving
1 shredded zucchini (lengthwise)
1/2 cup mushroom
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove minced garlic

Heat olive oil over med heat, add mushrooms, zucchini, and garlic. Stir over heat for 1-2 mins. Add 1/4 cup of water and let it continue to cook for another 5 mins stirring occasionally. Transfer to plate and add Parmesan to top. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
