Like Fat, Carbs, Iron, etc? I thought I had saved all of that but I cannot find it in my documents. I want to setup my logs according to NM and the recommended info.

I think it was based on the DRI, and you can get your percentages here.0

Thanks, I'll take a look at that this afternoon. I appreciate the info.0

I just found this easy conversion chart for nutrients. Change from mcg, mg, and IU's and back and forth according to what you need. Some nutrients are not on this so you have to go looking for it online.
etoolsage.com/converter/IU_Converter.asp?Cate=1&Substance=1011&Meas1=milligram&Meas2=IU&selectUnit=1000&Result=20.400000215+IU+%28s%29

Very helpful and with the chart I noted above I can set my Cronometer up for exactly what I need right now and change it as I lose a few pounds here and there.
I don't know how to do it here on MFP though.0 -

Go to My Home then Goals to change your nutritional goals.

Anew if you will go to my post about "Changing Daily Nutritional Goals" you will find a couple of items that I mention, that I had set according to what NM had. I do show what those values were from NM vs what MFP had set.
I just wished that they had more Nutritional options to set and monitor like NM did.
