I have been following NROLFW for about 3 weeks now, prior to that I was doing Stronglifts 5x5, and I have to say I have seen more positive changes in my body in the past 3 weeks than I have in the past year and a half of dieting and exercising. I no longer have to pray, wiggle and squeeze into my workpants that I practically needed butter to get into in the mornings!!!
