Hey all - since we think our group leader deactivated, wanted to post a check-in discussion if people are still interested in doing that (even though a few days off from Monday...).

week 4: 154
goal: 130 lbs

    I weighed as this is my last day for this round (I'll be back on Monday!).

    Start 189.5
    2/22 179.5

    -10 lbs

    I wasn't perfect, but this is the best I've eaten and healthiest I've been in a long long time and I think it's showing. My skin looks better, I'm sleeping well, my anxiety is so low it's not even an issue. I do get cranky and some major cravings and I look forward to a weekend of indulgence but I'm guessing I'm going to pay for it.

    From Monday until leaving for vacation I'll have 16 days I plan on being super strict again! I couldn't have done this without all your support and having a place to check in and talk with like-minded people!

    Just joined this thread a few days ago but started my own primal re-up a few weeks ago. The last time I checked I was down 4 pounds (trying to avoid the scale until the end of the month. The real changes for me have Beene big energy jump and major mood elevation. I

    This is my first check in since joining and I weigh in on Sat mornings.

    First time on the scale on Dec 31st was 236.2

    Jan 3 / Week 1 : 234.5
    Jan 10 / Week 2 : 232.1
    Jan 17 / Week 3 : 230.3
    Jan 24 / Week 4 : 223.4

    Just a bit over 10 lbs so far and I feel great! Mentally I think is my big win. I had a crappy depression year in 2014. PMA for 2015!! Positive Mental Attitude!!!!!!!
