Cardio done! i am really bored of the video! plus my knees hurt slightly so I'm avoiding the jumping (esp that running man! hate it!). i decided to do 45min elliptical today instead. i only burn roughly 250 with the jillian video, i burned 460 with the elliptical.... i think thats a win haha

    Just finished the Cardio workout once again and I'm also bored! I should have done something different like you did!

    Done. I wouldn't say I am bored but I am looking forward to a different cardio next week. I ca power through one more time!

    I'm done with my cardio for the day, but I was on the treadmill instead of doing the video - Couch to 5K week 4. Huge improvements in my cardio since the start of phase 1!

    I loved couch to 5K! I've done it after each of my pregnancies to get back into running.

    Did cardio 1 yesterday and JM kickboxing cardio video. Then a 2 mile walk with dogs. Burned 500 cals.
