Hi everyone. Just a quick drive-by. Haven't even had a chance to read yesterday's posts. Two day seminar for work and it's the kind where nobody has computers. Did my run (started week 4 of C25K) and workout with Jason last night. This morning was a quick row & shoulder band exercises, then another workout with Jason. Low back is sore (slept wrong) so it's going to be a long day sitting on an uncomfortable chair at the seminar. Yesterday was really interesting though so hopefully today is good too.

Decided to do a few dumbbell exercises for upper body, between closet sorting. Starting to feel like this is taking toooo long--ready to get back to my normal routine of running & the gym!
