Have you heard of eMeals-Meal Planning?

It is a membership site and there are numerous meal plans to choose from.

For example, they have a clean eating plan, classic, paleo, low calorie and many more to choose from. They have a choice of 2 person or family of 3-6 people. The plan gives you a weekly meal plan, recipes for the meals and a shopping list. They also have a few stores on the plan setup for planning according to sales.

This seems like a nice concept and I think I will show my husband to see if he wants to try it out.

Not sure if I've looked at this particular site. I'm just not good at planning meals and there are certain foods hubby does not like. If you try it, let us know what you think of it.

No. Ive made a personal vow never to spend any money on diet plans and programs again. But I can see how it would be helpful to some. Let us know how it turns out!

Well, it's not a diet plan really, it is just menus with recipes and shopping lists but you can decide what kind of meal plans you want to have. I don't do diet plans either and there is a 14 day free trial, I might go ahead and try that.
