Trying Whey Protein in The Mornings For Weight Loss Anyone Else?

I have been using Whey Protein every morning and it has really curbed my appetite and I'm losing weight. I'm interested to know if anyone else is doing this and how it is working for them. I am hoping to be 20 lbs lighter by mid March if I can stay determined so I am also looking for a few female fitness friends to keep me motivated and vice versa if anyone wants to add me. :)

  • I also use it, Pure Protein brand. I usually make a shake, freeze it and take it to "snack" on through out the day. It helped me lose 60 lbs and has helped me get the extra calories/protein through out my pregnancy. I put a half a scoop in my cereal and I make cookies with it as well.

    I have a scheduled induction next Monday the 2nd of Feb and I've only gained 18 lbs. I intend on losing all off it by the time my son is 3 months old, hopefully sooner. I'm a very active person, I did lose my motivation while I've been pregnant but I can bounce back.
