Hi,
34 yo mum from Sydney here. I am finally getting my butt into gear and spending some time on myself to lose 15kgs. Hubby bought me a fit bit for Christmas and this is helping me tremendously. I am 2 weeks in and still really motivated so I decided it is time to find some people to be accountable to.
The only thing I ask is that you accept that for the first time ever I am being 100% honest with myself! Which means that I am logging all of my stuff ups and the reality of living a very busy life juggling 5 people's schedules which results in take away and some poor choices. Don't get me wrong, I am trying to change this but while I am working on it I am logging it so that I am under no illusions.
