How long does it actually take to notice results. Been working out with weights every other day and how many reps should I be doing. As far as doing sit ups and ab crunches how long will it take to see results, I do as many as 200 sit ups and about 75 crunches, its taking a long to see results. I am doing the Tabata method and yes I am seeing results, just not as much on my tummy

Most people have their abs hidden by an unfortunate layer of... um, "layer". So, I'll bet your abs are SHREDDED, you just can't SEE them (maybe?).

Consider diet modification and increased HIIT for fatburn.

I admire your dedication- don't get frustrated! Just consider what else you can do to help you reach your results.

See LeanItUp.com article "Can’t See Your Abs? Building Visible Six-Pack Abs Comes Down To Two Simple Things" at http://www.leanitup.com/cant-see-abs-building-visible-six-pack-abs-comes-two-things/

    Hope this helps!

I dont count my reps I do for my arms exercises but I do like 30-60 sec intervals like 3x. That should b ok right ? Consistency is key, right?

cardio to burn off the fat covering your muscles so you can see them. You want to see the muscle definition, to get shapely arms and stomach. You can lift all day but if the diet is off or you're not burning enough it will be slow progress. Yes you can lose and do it with just diet modification but it will require patience. All those reps won't matter if you don't strip away what is covering up the muscles.

TESTOSTERNONE NATION has some really good "straight-to-the-point" articles about abs. I get regular feeds via facebook- like their articles. Don't be turned off by their title: they're estrogen-friendly. http://www.t-nation.com/all-articles/tags/ab-training
