This week my goals are:
1. Make healthy food choices 6/7days (allowing one free day with 1 sweet or carb treat)
2. Stay within calorie goal 6/7 days
3. Drink 7-8 glasses of water 6/7 days
4. Log 6/7 days
5. Exercise at least 3/7 days
End of the week check in:
1. YES-Healthy food choices: 6/7 days
2. YES-Calorie Goal: 6/7
3. CLOSE-Water: 5/7
4. YES-Logged 7/7
5. NO- got foiled by 48 hours of rain last two days of the week
Happy with my progress this week0 -
My Goals for the Week:
Sat Check-in
- Log & Eat - Breakfast 7 days this week 5/7
- Workouts/straightening house up - 5+ gym or home 4/5
- Sleep - 8 hours 7/7

Hello Warriors!!
Sorry I was not able to check in this weekend. End of month was crazy for me and it is snowy here. I did not lose one pound but I did not gain either, so I am good with loss in January.
See you on February thread!! Whoohooo!
Mini Goals week 1/26 to 2/1:
1.) Stay in green on calories - Yes!
2.) No fast foods and vending machines - Went to vending machine
3.) Get 6.5 or greater hours of sleep 5 days - 46 hours week total - Only 6 hrs.!
4.) Burn 3750 calories 5 days (per fitbit) - 3531 (94%)
5.) mini goal weight - no
Friday - Sunday check-in:
1.) 6/7
2.) 4/7 - vending machine - 2/5
3.) 6/5 - 26/46
4.) 0/5
5.) 0/6
