Making little changes add up! Moving a little more, eating a little less, drinking more water.

    I agree!!! I lost 20+ last year just by starting my day with yoga stretches (not "real" yoga --- this is an easy "back care basics" dvd. I started walking 20 minutes 2-3 times a week and now up to 30-40. This has made me <3 exercise again!
