What do we need to do daily that would lead us to our goal? By accomplishing our daily goals we will hit our long term goal.

My daily goals are to eat under 1400 calories, yoga stretches 20-30 minutes every morning and walk 30-40 minutes 3-5 times a week. My short term goal is to get under 200 pounds by the end of May.0
