feels good to be done with month 1 of the program
not doing the cardio 1 video though, i retired that last week
elliptical/treadmill later on
excited for week 5 and cardio 2
really nervous about injuries.. my knees in particular

DONE with phase 1! (*) So glad to be done with Cardio 1... it was way easier this time around but still gave me a great workout. Looking forward to starting Week 5 tonight!0

As for injuries... it's my calves and achilles that are giving me issues no matter how much I stretch them! Will keep on keepin on and hopefully they'll get with the program (literally) haha0
