Still have the crud. Just checking in to say: I'm still alive, no idea what I've eaten the last couple days and really don't care, and I hate being sick!

Get well val! Hope it passes quickly.
Today we are keeping a low profile. The kids papou (my father in law) made a rare appearance and we had a nice visit together. Basically staying inside until the dust settles on this monumental election we are having. Also staying near the phone, to talk to DH before he departs, which will be soon.
I've been having soreness in my shoulder (especially my right one), for no reason that I can think, except maybe for carrying lil girl a little bit in the mornings last week. I think it's finally passing, but sore shoulders are the worse because (to me) they never just feel like muscle soreness but feel actually injured even when they are merely sore. Might do some dumbbells to try to work them up a bit. Did this a couple days ago and even though it made them more sore at first, I think it helps to pass the soreness faster. idk

To an earlier conversation, I saw this and just had to share.
This is both the Mommy workout AND the reason most Mommies are too tired to workout. haha
