Hello I am a newby....need to lose and to be up...I weigh 123 and want to weigh 110 with flat tummy.....help

    I am kinda where you are as well. I am trying to cut carbs because my husband is needing that because he is diabetic. My information is on this not so heavy girls on your diet twin thing.
