Sprouts... Any ingenious ideas?

Hey!
We've started sprouting our own alfalfa/mung beans... But aside from throwing them into our salad, do you guys have any other ingenious ways to get them into your diet?

    Mung bean sprouts are good in Thai dishes. We put them in a healthy version of Pad Thai we make.

    Oohhh, so you cook yours? For some reason I've only ever eaten them raw!! I bet I could throw them into all kinds of dishes for cooking. Thanks! I'm such a numpty!!

    No, I've never cooked them. I toss them in at the end.

    I started growing some broccoli sprouts after hearing they are off the charts in anti-cancer properties....but like you, I just eat them raw by themselves or in a salad. Looking forward to more ideas.
