Just starting week 1. HELP!

Hey, so I've eventually decided to download week 1 of C25K. How many times are you supposed to be running in the first week?!
I cant run for long without getting out of breath, so its going to be a slow process.

You should run every other day.
Remember to slow down. You should be able to hold a conversation while you are running. If you can't, you are probably trying to go too fast.

It is 3 times a week and it is short intervals to start. I also recently started and week 1 is a 5 minute warm up walk, eight 60 second runs with 90 second walking in between, followed by 5 min cool down walk.0
