Hey everyone!
I started LCing about 3 weeks ago. The first week I lost 9 lbs. Now, the scale just keeps going back and forth between the same 3 lbs. I did lose ALMOST 2 pants sizes ( i can fit into the 2nd smallest, but not too comfortably) which is terrific dont get me wrong, but its frustrating. I exercise at the gym 3 days a week, hour each, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes cable weight machines.. this small amount of time couldnt possibly be making enough muscle gain to stall the scale can it? Im just getting frustrated... I lose the inches so fast I didnt even realize I could almost fit into that last size.. Im just afraid that not losing the WEIGHT will make the inches stall as well.. Is it typical on this diet? Did you stall for long periods of time but still lose inches?? Any help would be great!

Well, technically you've got an average of 3lb/week. And you have lost inches.

Without being able to see your diary and know your stats, we can't make any specific advice, just the general in the post I linked. We can't speculate on things we just don't know.
Read it and if you still have any questions, open your diary, and we'd be glad to personally advise as best we can. If you would rather not share your diary, you could post your typical carb/protein/fat gram amounts (on average) or typical meals and what your calorie goal is (along with weight and height).
