my upper back and triceps are sore from yesterday! the good kind of soreness, so its all okay.

today, i did a lot of modifying - i'm still being very knee conscious and cautious. i am horrible at the statue of liberty (talk about falling all over the place haha), weights & abs move, and the windshields ab move in the last circuit. my arms were also killing me during that first circuit. i stayed with the 5lb dumbbells for most of the workout. ugh and that running man move has come back to haunt me. you think oh yayyy phase 1 is done, no more running man with that cardio 1 workout, NOPE, here it is back to kick your butt and make you feel awkward in workout 6. sigh.

week 5 day 2 workout 6 done.

Done this morning! I was highly curious about the windshield wiper. Now I understand. Also overly proud of myself because I could do the plank rows. I don't know why but I felt confident after doing those!

That was tough as well! Like 30 day shred level 3. Was killer and ya the the plank rows are killer. That is a great reason to be proud.

Just watched the video for tomorrow - can't wait. Yes, some old friends from 30 day shred with the plank rows and rockstars!

Well, that was pretty good! I'm glad that I was able to make it all the way through running man and plank rows without stopping, but the windshield wipers were terrible (I could do maybe one in the time they were doing 3-4). Felt really good during the workout and didn't feel much effect on my gluts... until it was all over and I walked up the stairs... OMG! What did Jillian do to me?

Did workout 6 yesterday evening and am feeling sore in my glutes as well! It was tough and I couldn't do it all but I look forward to getting stronger.

RS3khon - upper back and shoulders - same "good king of soreness" :) I'm glad I'm not the only one!
Soybeaner - I think the plank rows are one of those bad *kitten* moves, just like push-ups!
