Is anyone else having trouble uploading their data from their armband? I get a Web Services Error when I plug in my armband. I also cannot access my data when I click on the Activity Manager on their website. It shows that the website isn't found.
They were notoriously bad with their tech support back when they were bodybugg. I hope they don't continue to have issues like this.

I haven't had any problems like that and I upload everyday sometimes more than once. Maybe you should send them an e-mail and tell them you think your armband may be defective and ask for it to be replaced.0
