Week 4 Challenge Points Info

For Week 4, you're earning points as follows:

1 point each day for logging in your meals and exercise (7 max)
1 point each day for doing the Bikini Body Mommy workout (6 max)
1 point for 15 minutes of mommy/baby time... just you and baby play (at least 7 hours/day) (7 max)... I know this can be hard, but playing with baby is important to our mental well-being!

Total possible points this week is 20.

So... what do you do? You log into MFP and log your meals/exercise every day. You also go to https://www.youtube.com/user/BikiniBodyMommy and follow for the workouts.

    I've hit the wall thanks to the stomach bug :-(. Can't seem to shake it. It's nice to lose weight, but I'd rather feel good and be active!
