Can I have a list of food that gives me high protein. I mean real natural food not powder

i checked my daily logging n find that I almost exceed my fat intake everyday n deficit at protein everyday. I am like the girl who works out well but has a sticky belly. Any suggestions?

Even better, either complete proteins so you really get benefit from it, or ways to mix and match to make them complete.

Check whatever you find for the protein graph, and link right there if it's not complete, as to what to add to make it complete.
To confirm, powder either comes from soy, which is pretty natural, or milk, pretty natural too.
