How do I figure out my macro percentages?

I'm tracking a day of food here at MyFitness, just to get an idea of how many grams of fat, protein, and carbs I am eating. I'm hoping once I get that, I can post the day's food here and get some feedback. I see a lot of people recommending a 60-30-10 ratio here. Once I get my total grams for the day, how to I convert that to percentages?

Well, you set the macro goals as a percentage, here on MFP. As you change the percentage, the absolute value for that macro will change. Mine, for instance, is set to 1800 calories. The carbohydrate drop down menu percentage says 10% and to the right of it, it says 45g. Below that, protein says 30% in the drop down menu and 135g. Fat says 60% and 120g. So, potentially, you could go into your goals and manipulate the percentages to change the absolute values to roughly match what your current intake is. That seems like the easiest way to see what your current intake percentages are, to me.0
