This week's challenge: You know that little box for "Today's Food Notes" at the bottom right of your Food Diary? Use it every day this week! Did you feel good after your meals? Did you hit a slump at some point in the day? Really excited about a new dish you tried? Take a note, and look back at the end of the week and reflect on what you've written.
