    Sorry, I fell off the face of the earth at the end of last week... I did something to my lower back and I took the rest of the week off from exercising. I didn't track food on here to well, but I did still eat very well and made good choices.

    This week my back is feeling better, but I am not going to push it if it starts hurting again.

    Monday: 10 days to a better body Upper
    Tuesday: 10 days to a better body Lower
    Wednesday Rest
    Thursday 10 days to a better body upper
    Friday 10 days to a better body lower
    Saturday: I am not sure yet, but most likely I will just pull out a DVD from the collection

    Since I flaked last week on 10 days, I won't have enough time to complete the 10 days, because I am starting Stage 2 of New Rules next Monday.

    Glad you are feeling better with the back, you should definitely take it easier this week to get back on it but without risking making it worse again!!

    I've been sick, which triggered migraines, and I was in bed for a week. Today was the first day I even felt up to walking. But I think it'll get better from here on out.

    Oh no, I can sympathise with migraines they are awful!! Glad you are up and about again though, take it easy don't go jumping back into anything to strenous too soon!! :-)
