Anyone who is interested in doing a Whole30/Reset for February I have started a new group that will be going on as long as there is interest in doing so. It can be found here. This is set up for people wanting to help, be helped, encouraged and be accountable with their goals.

Very interested. ..just started whole 30 1 Feb. I'd like to join the group. Followed whole 30 most of last year. The past few months have been terrible for my food choices. Recommitted yesterday. Thanks.0
