k so i am thinking on starting. currently i am doing rewired n bodybuilding.com, however, i am finding it not best fitted for me. my weight increases are non. from when i started 6 weeks ago. i am still struggling and the soreness is hardcore. mind you i don't mind that so much.
the stronglift 5x5, is it strickly those 3 workouts?
can you add in curls or small reps in that aspect and if so what can you add in on days your doing 5x5s?
when fails happen how do you deturmin 3 fails? 3 days or 3 sets?
if you do 5x5,5x5 then fail with 5x3 so you continue trying for 5x5 with the last 2 sets?

If you have a smart phone, the SL5x5 app is great for tracking workouts and automatically keeps track of when to repeat a workout after a fail and when (and how much) to deload after 3 fails. If not, review the SL website, fails and deloads are detailed.
You could add accessory work (curls) after your last workout of the week.
