1000 cals?

I hope I've calculated wrong. According to scoobyw I should be eating 1150 per day to reduce 5%. I'm looking for results eating more than 1200 per day. Not fast results, life long results. Female, 54 years, 61 inches. 199lbs. Lightly active. Please check my numbers.

    Yes, I think you must have figured it incorrectly. When I entered your information into Scooby, I came up with 1689 as your daily calorie goal to lose fat - and that was at a 15% deficit. A 5% deficit, which is very small, would give you 1888 cals daily to still lose fat.

    Hi, when you enter your weight press "tab" and that will fill in the other forms of measurement by default. Make sure there is a number next to every single field before you look at your result! If not then your results will not be right! I did something similar on accident before and thats what I figured out.

    Now perhaps the 109 years old on your profile was used, not sure what that does to BMR and resulting TDEE.
    But probably not right.
