Better effort than yesterday. Once I get my head into it I can do it.

So stiff and sore today! I might have to have my rest day or do my second cardio today instead of workout 5. I've been trying to switch to a morning workout, but today I think I'll see if things loosen up by the end of the day.

My stiff gluts have turned into a bit of a pull on my left side. Did a half hour walk this morning to see how I'm doing and I think this is on hold for a few days. I'll try a little cardio on the treadmill later, but my hiking afternoon tomorrow is also probably off the table this weekend.

Did Workout 5 for the second time yesterday and it seemed so much harder than the first time around. I was super sore and it really threw my balance off for all the moves. Feeling much stronger nonetheless! My triceps are adapting and crabs are becoming much easier for me now.

I'm going to see if I can try this on Tuesday. My pulled glut still hurts, so I need at least another day rest. I hate not doing anything, but it hurts to walk, especially to climb stairs, so I need to let it heal and not get injured further. Very frustrating! I like the extra calories exercising allows me too!

I was sick Thursday til Saturday then did a workout in Sunday but then not today cuz I had my little one sick at home. Will try to catch up this week.

I've resigned myself to just ending this in a longer period of time. My pulled glut is feeling a little better today, but I know I'm not ready to resume yet for risk of injuring it further. Hopefully, I'll continue Week 5 by the weekend. I'm not going to try to catch up by doubling up workouts because I think the pull came from over-training as it is with workouts 6 days/week.

Ya I don't blame u. U don't want to further pull your glute nor compromise your form. You should be good in a week or so. It just sucks to have to have to pause after you've come so far but life always gets in the way!! I completed my week 5 day 6 today. Trying to catch up for week 6 starting Monday. Should be doable.

Also, last time I pulled something I used the icyhot patches and they worked well.

Mellie289, It makes sense to allow your body to recover. I think we're in a similar situation here. I could not do day 4 today - lack of sleep and wrist discomfort so I'll just do it tomorrow and skip day 6 of cardio.

Done. Much better with push up handles for push ups, crabs, mountain climbers. I still find circuit 3 difficult.

Finally, back at it! Glute was feeling better, but tightening up a bit afterward. I was so bad at this after being off for about 10 days! I'm worried about tomorrow's workout though.
