well I know a coach who will be more careful when he says " if too heavy just push it in front"... i did. Guess who did not move fast enough??? The guy can curse in many languages. Too bad he was wearing converse instead if steel boots....

    LOL. That's a whole different fail serious of videos I don't think I've seen - the spotter or trainer being taken out.
