For many of us eatting the right proportion sizes can be our hardest tribulation with losing weight. Let's face it..who really likes counting carbs, calories or measuring food? Having the correct proportions is essential! I can't stress that enough. I've worked out on my own, been to trainers and used programs ect. It wasn't until I started the 21 Day fix Program and using proportion contanters that I truly started to grab my nutrition by the horns. I have lost 14" overall from August-December but guess what. I didn't lose a pound..since disciplining myself more with my diet I have lost 5 pounds and I am now on my second round of the 21 day fix!
Also, remember everything you eat and drink counts! So don't eat unhealthy because that 30 minutes you just did on the treadmill just went out the window!
