    Down 4 lbs. But lost inches all around. Finally can button my pre-pregnancy jeans and wear my wedding ring. Need to take some pics. Love seeing results just after 2 weeks.

    I will wait until next weekend for an update. I havent been too consistent with my diet so progress has been slow. Everyone is doing a fantastic job!!!

    Just finished my 30 days of shred. Lost 7 lbs.

    So here's my final results. The only level I wasn't consistent with was L3. I do the workout while my kids are napping and there was just too much jumping in it. So I have been doing my elliptical plus a lot of the strength/ab moves for 30-45 mins for the last 5 days of level 3.


    Starting weight - 180
    Bust - 41 inches
    Underbust - 36 inches
    Waist (smallest) - 37
    At belly button - 44
    Hips - 44
    Around butt - 45
    Mid thigh - 22.5
    Above knee - 18
    Mid calf - 14.5
    Bicep - 13.5

    Final results:
    Weight: 179.6 (-.4lb)
    Bust: 40.5 (-.5 )
    Underbust: 34.5 (-1.5)
    Waist (smallest): 36 (-1)
    At belly button: 41.5 (-2.5)
    Hips: 42.5 (-1.5)
    Around butt: 43.5 (-1.5)
    Mid thigh: 20 (-2.5)
    Above knee: 17.5 (-.5")
    Mid calf: 14 (-.5)
    Bicep: 13 (-.5)

    So.. minus 12.5" and .4lbs
