My name is Jennifer. I am 46 and married. My only child just turned 18 and will graduate in June. I live in central Virginia. I already have lost 36 pounds and my next goal is 200 pounds. I need to get to this weight because I need a kidney transplant. And recently have been having period problem that my doctor is working me up for an ablation.
