Stir-Fry Recipe in June 2013 issue

Has anyone else has made the Chicken, Bell Pepper and Coconut Milk Stir-Fry that is in the June 2013 issue of TOPS News?

I made it today per the recipe except that I substituted regular coconut milk for the light because that was in my cupboard. The finished product didn't seem to have much flavor. Perhaps I did something wrong like add the lime juice to the pan too soon or it suffered because I didn't have fresh lime juice. Hoping to hear how it turned out for anyone else.
