In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

    1. Log & Eat - Breakfast 7 days this week 0/7
    2. Workouts/straightening house up - 5+ gym or home 0/5
    3. Sleep - 8 hours 0/7

    My mini goals for this week are going to be the same as last week and try and concentrate on exercising
    My week is Monday to Sunday
    Mini Exercise Goals for February 2/15 to February 8/15

    Monday, February 2/15 - Line Dancing -45 to 75 minutes - 2 to 4 pm
    Tuesday, February 3/15 - Aqua fit class - 60 minutes - 6:30pm to 7:30pm
    Wednesday, February 4/15 - Aqua fit class - 60 minutes- 9:00am to 10:00 am
    Thursday, February 5/15 - Aqua fit class - 50 minutes OR Water Running- 30 minutes
    Friday, February 6/15 - Aqua fit class - 60 minutes - 9:00am to 10:00am
    Saturday, February 7/15- Break
    Sunday, February 8/15 - Walking 60 minutes OR May be another day off.... depending on how I am feeling and if I got all the other exercises in for the week.

    My goals this week are the same as last week's goals :)

    1. Make healthy food choices 6/7days (allowing one free day with 1 sweet or carb treat)
    2. Stay within calorie goal 6/7 days
    3. Drink 7-8 glasses of water 6/7 days
    4. Log 6/7 days
    5. Exercise at least 3/7 days

    Hello Mini goalers. February is a short month so we can make good use of the days. I am back into the swing of things.

    Hearts- Thanks for getting us started and love the inspirations. You picked excellent goals and I know you can make good progress.

    Susan- keeping your goals the same is a good choice. you have some great goals and you can do them. good luck to you.

    Lost it- so happy to see you here again. very specific goals for your exercise is good and making a plan of when to do them is excellent. good luck.

    My goals this week are to get back into the swing of logging, checking in with the group and working out 3 times.

    My goal for this week is to plan healthy dinners for myself and my family. It took some time on Sunday to plan it out and then shop for what I needed. I hope things don't get too crazy and I can stick to it. I find if I have dinners planned I am less likely too binge.

    Hello Warriors!!!

    After a 2 week up and down 2 pounds and a complete stall for one week, I finally dropped 2 more pounds. I really feel whenever I give in to fast foods it messes with my metabolism or something. So I am really going to do my best to stay completely away from fast foods for a while. Changed my goal to 379 because I want to get into the next decade this month if possible.

    Mini Goals week 2/2 to 2/8:
    1.) Stay in green on calories - Yes
    2.) No fast foods - None
    3.) Get 7 or greater hours of sleep 5 days - Over 7 hrs!
    4.) Feb goal weight >>> 379 (start weight 388) - lost 2 pounds

    Mon Check-in:
    1.) 1/7
    2.) 1/7
    3.) 1/5
    4.) 2/9

    Yay!!! I can see the group from my app.

    Keeping my goals simple for this week.
    1. Go to gym before work 4 time. 2/4
    2. Log all my food during the week. 1/5
    3. Drink more water

    Hello MiniGoalers,
    I can't believe it is Wednesday already and I have not done anything for my goals. Well at least one thing in that I am checking in with the group.

    Hearts- keep it up as you are really attacking your goals. I know you can continue to progress.

    Lost it -So glad you loved the Aqua class and good for you getting it done. Plus great job changing your plan and doing your Wii. Keep up the great work.

    Mak- great idea for your goals this week. checking in can really start to change our focus and get us into some good patterns. good luck logging.

    lananita- you are doing a nice job with your goals. keep it going. you are so worth it.

    ems- welcome and very smart choice for your goals. let us know how it goes.

    Molly- sounds like you are back on the right track and seeing what happens when you avoid fast food. congrats on your loss and keep up the great work. sometimes a light goes off and you run with it. good for you.


    susan- how is the week going for you? no matter what, today is a great day to work on your goals. remember as hearts always points out, it is progress not perfection. you are making progress just by paying attention to your goals. keep going.

    4.) 2/9

    I love the animations! Keep them coming! They have that website blocked at my job. I am just thanks MFP is not blocked. Good job on class too! Keep up the good work!

    Curious if the tags are working in your bookmarks in Groups yet? I realize they do for me and I've been using them but perhaps they aren't reaching you all? I know they have group bugs to work out yet. Also please do let me know if you have any other groups issues that we may not have had before the update?

    Didn't members used to be able to send their own friends member invites or am I imagining that? Just trying to gather all the bugs to make sure Olivia has them all listed for group issues that might need fixing. :)
