    Happy Friday Warriors!! <3

    We are very active this week, lets keep it going over the weekend!!

    Have a great weekend Everyone and check in if possible! If not I so understand. I am going to try to check in once.

    Loving the posts and progress! Keep up the good work! (*)

    Mini Goals week 2/2 to 2/8:
    1.) Stay in green on calories - No
    2.) No fast foods - yes :neutral_face:
    3.) Get 7 or greater hours of sleep 5 days - nope@ -- 6 hrs 38 min
    4.) Feb goal weight >>> 379 (start weight 388)

    Thurs Check-in:
    1.) 3/7
    2.) 2/7
    3.) 1/5
    4.) 4/9

    I'm having a lovely start to the weekend. Got my hair colored and cut, thhailol.gif
    my eyebrows tinted and waxed and bought some pretty lipstick at the salon this morning.

    I next met my sweet hubby for lunch t5303.gif

    Today was also weigh in day balloon_garf.gif
    and I was delighted to see I had lost a pound :D

    Friday, February 6/15 - Aqua fit class - 60 minutes - 9:00am to 10:00am- YA for me...I got up and went to class( only did 45 minutes) because I had to be at work at 11:00..and yes I made it to work on timeb0216.gif

    Great job ladies!

    Today was a double doctor day for me. I had my 2nd acupuncture treatment, but because I was laying face down the whole time, my lower back was really hurting when I got up. Spent the test of the night with the heating pad on. :( Oh well, now I know, face up from now on.

    Ok this week has gone by way too fast!

    This week I'm focusing on two things
    1. Checking in everyday - missed my check in yesterday. But I'm back today :smile:
    2. Logging everything - not great with logging. I'm realizing I did better when I logged as I ate and didn't wait until the end of the day to log.

    My Goals for the Week:
    1. Log & Eat - Breakfast 7 days this week 6/7 late! but I ate
    2. Workouts/straightening house up - 5+ gym or home 6/5
    3. Sleep - 8 hours 7/7

    Remember, progress, not perfection!!!
