We are very active this week, lets keep it going over the weekend!!

1.) Stay in green on calories - No
2.) No fast foods - yes
3.) Get 7 or greater hours of sleep 5 days - nope@ -- 6 hrs 38 min
4.) Feb goal weight >>> 379 (start weight 388)

I'm having a lovely start to the weekend. Got my hair colored and cut,
my eyebrows tinted and waxed and bought some pretty lipstick at the salon this morning.
I next met my sweet hubby for lunch
Today was also weigh in day
and I was delighted to see I had lost a pound

Great job ladies!
Today was a double doctor day for me. I had my 2nd acupuncture treatment, but because I was laying face down the whole time, my lower back was really hurting when I got up. Spent the test of the night with the heating pad on.Oh well, now I know, face up from now on.

Ok this week has gone by way too fast!
This week I'm focusing on two things
1. Checking in everyday - missed my check in yesterday. But I'm back today
2. Logging everything - not great with logging. I'm realizing I did better when I logged as I ate and didn't wait until the end of the day to log.

My Goals for the Week:
- Log & Eat - Breakfast 7 days this week 6/7 late! but I ate
- Workouts/straightening house up - 5+ gym or home 6/5
- Sleep - 8 hours 7/7
