Tough Mudder - London West Uk

I started on this journey of being fitter and reducing weight Oct last year. Why? 43 and just needed to feel physically well and mentally fit, focused. I signed up for the Tough Mudder event in December as a goal to keep focused on during the times, mainly at 5am when I get up for the gym, when motivation starts to falls.
I use MFP in combination with IIFYM and stick to my marco levels (Carbs, Protein and Fat) and it seems to be working.
Anyone from the UK done a tough mudder and what training preparation did you do?
