February Goals

Hi all!
Time for me to start anew and with a new month comes new challenges.
I'm at an all new high weight and have been sick with pneumonia and bronchitis thus no working out. So my February goals are not number-based but choices-based.
Week 1: no more caffeinated beverages; more water and orange juice
Week 2: no more chocolate (that will be hard)
Week 3: no more candy of any kind (even harder)
Week 4: swim and bike again
