February Goals

Hi all!
Time for me to start anew and with a new month comes new challenges.

I'm at an all new high weight and have been sick with pneumonia and bronchitis thus no working out. :s So my February goals are not number-based but choices-based.

Week 1: no more caffeinated beverages; more water and orange juice
Week 2: no more chocolate (that will be hard)
Week 3: no more candy of any kind (even harder)
Week 4: swim and bike again
