Today I went out for a run, but Athens was covered in African dust (it was blotting out the sun!) and less than halfway it began to feel unsafe to my lungs. I turned to come home and got nearly home when I realized that my neighborhood wasn't so bad, so I walked to another part and began again. I ended up getting more or less the usual 2hrs but not in the normal way. Hopefully rain will clear the dust in the next day or two.0

Sunday 10
- Swam laps after toddler swim class---looked for my click. Discovered I really need a good breakfast to have energy for 30 minutes of lap swim.
- Had unsatisfying breakfast, then swim, then protein bar, then ended up at WF at 3:30 starving. Ate slice of pizza and chocolate pretzels on the way home.
- Met with 2 favorite folks from grad school, who I like a lot and see rarely
- Got in plenty of water and just one caffeine free diet soda
- Baked chicken, quinoa, and salad for dinner...and bite size dessert (yes, from WF)
- Made big batch of Bob Harper's waffles for breakfast for the next two weeks
- Cut up 8 baked chicken breasts for future healthy use
- Cooked a pound of ground turkey for future tacos or slow cooker taco soup
- Cooked a pound of ground turkey for future chili or similar
- Tossing work clothes in laundry now
Ready for a healthy week!

Worked until 3:15 then met friends to watch Super Bowl. Tomorrow. Work all day...
