I did a little running today. I was a little rusty (more like a lot rusty) as I have not been running lately. Nevertheless, I pressed through it. I've got to get myself ready for next month's 10K.

It was suppose to be a rest day, but I decided to do a little core workout. I realize that I've got to tighten up my core in order to get stronger overall. I plan do a little core work every other day. I hope that works.

Still struggling with health. I do feel better but am just running out of energy SO FAST. I finally broke down and talked with boss about needing her to know that I was going to take each day, do what I can / as long as I can, and then leave. When I try to push any further - I end up with a backslide and lose a whole day. Lucky for me - they are great to work with and support this plan! This week, with the "no push" approach - I had no significant backslide. YEAH!!!
Exercise plan for now is so minimal---I read that jumping 10 times a day can improve bone density....so that is my plan. And that is about all I am up for at the moment.

Just a little kickboxing today along with some other aerobic moves. Just trying to keep the heart rate up.
@R_Queenie not sure what is going on with your health, but listen to your body and take care of you. Be sure to drink plenty of water and just try to be mindful of what you're eating. Eating more fresh veggies and fruits never hurt either. Finally, try to get plenty of sleep. For me, that means 8 hours, but it could mean a little more or less for you. Glad your employer is understanding. That's a blessing. Wishing you all the best!0 -
