    Good weekend! Thanks for all the well-wishes...yes, have seen the doctor. Getting plenty of sleep (I'm a person that really values my sleep.) And trying to eat good, though I have wanted more salt than usual lately--I always have that when I feel nauseous.

    I miss the clear pavement. I love the snow, but I need to be able to run outdoors. Because I wasn't motivated to go to the gym, I did an indoor workout.

    I did some strength training today. I'll be aiming to do that every other day from now until. I need to build up my upper body strength in order to be ready for my mud run.

    I did some running today on the track. I was bored stiff, but I finished strong. Since I can't keep an accurate count of the laps when running on the track, I'm not sure how much I actually did. I suspect about 3 - 4 miles.
