    I did some running today on the track. I was bored stiff, but I finished strong. Since I can't keep an accurate count of the laps when running on the track, I'm not sure how much I actually did. I suspect about 3 - 4 miles.

    Did a 55 minute circuit training today. I'm trying to build that upper body strength. That mud run will be here sooner than I think. :)
