A day or so ago I read someones comments about a "swedish" { I think} method of balancing macros. Sounded interesting but now I can't find it again. Anyone have an idea of what I am looking for

Is it this guy's book? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lose-Weight-Eating-Sture-Skaldeman-ebook/dp/B007KTDD12/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1422882403&sr=8-2&keywords=skaldeman
He has a ration where you need to keep your foods (eg you're in the supermarket wondering if the figures add up on the packet) so that the fat>protein+carbohydrate - this means you will have what he calls a fat burning ration >1 and it is a food you can enjoy on LCHF. But I think it is covered in the link posted by Dragonwolf.0 -

Just wondering, what is bullet proof coffee?0
-
It is a nice big cup of frothy goodness.
TBSP Butter
TBSP Coconut oil or MCT
Coffee I also use Tea some times.
Add butter and coconut oil to cup with a little bit of coffee. I use immersion blender and whip it up then add some more coffee and whip a little more. Pulsing carefully or you will be wearing it. I add a bit of stevia or some times the torino sugar free syrup. Whipping in the butter turns it to a delicious creamy cup of heaven. Some use this in place of breakfast. I use it for the times I really am not interested in eating but know I need to. I also use it to fill in a meal if I am getting too high in my daily protein.0
